MCA VIAS - photographic record of progress in works of the 2nd Circular of Luanda

Construction of the sections of the 2nd Circular Luanda - Cacuaco / Kifangondo / Blow / Catete, inserted in the package 1, is planned the realization of the Implementation Project, including earthworks, drainage (longitudinal and transversal), paving, signage and public lighting (only in Cacuaco / Kifangondo) section, to perform a road with motorway profile, both in terms of layout, both in terms of cross section (2x2), with central splitter in New Jersey, from the existing section of the road currently in service.
